Base Classes[]

In Ragnarok 2: Legend of the Second, a character's abilities and skills are defined by their class. The players choose their character's class when creating the character. Once they reach level 25 they can choose between two advanced classes.

Master Level[]

As of December 2013, Master Level was introduced in Ragnarok Online 2. To attain Master level you need to be Level 50 and Job Level 50. Once complete visit Gilgamesh in Morroc to unlock Master Level for your character.

Your Experience and Job level bar become one single bar. Every time you would have gained experience in either Job or Level, you will receive Master Points instead.

Your talent tree will alter also. Some skills can be increased further than before. Some skills that have 3 levels may have 6 and some with 5 may have 10, each skill level above amplifies the effects.

Ymir Child Skill[]

All Master Level characters can add skill points to the Ymir Child skill. This skill increases your character's damage and speed for a set duration (3 minutes). You also transform into the special Master Level form.

Rank[]

Every time you fill the bar you will raise a Master Level level, once you are Master level 10, you can raise your Rank. Everyone starts out as Rank D.

Death cost[]

If you die you will lose a small amount of Master Points, so be careful. If you use the new spinel type to revive you will recover 50% of the points you lost from dying.

Purchasing Skills and Stats[]

The NPCs around Gilgamesh sell Master Level related items. You can spend your Master Points hear on additional Skill and Stat points.

Future plans[]

Warp Portal have stated that eventually there will be Master Level equipment and other advanced items. However there are not specific details as to a time frame or what that actually entails.
